Two people face charges as part of a drug trafficking investigation in South Dundas Township.
The Ontario Provincial Police East Region Community Street Crime Unit says they began an investigation into drug trafficking in the area in March.
On Thursday, police executed a search warrant at a residence and property on Hanesville Road where they say they seized items including nearly 2.5-grams of suspected cocaine, more than nine grams of suspected crystal meth, more than 100 suspected meth tablets and over 50 codeine tablets.
They say they also seized a 22-calibre rifle, various types of ammunition, a crossbow and arrows, as well as items typically associated with drug trafficking.
A 37-year-old and a 60-year-old, both from South Dundas, have been charged with drug and weapons charges.
