“Nothing For Us Without Us.”
That’s the theme of the Rural FASD’s Red Shoes Triathlon taking place at Kemptville Campus on August 17.
Organizers say the day will consist of five triathlon for triathletes as young as 12 with no maximum age limit, being timed by ChipResults, starting with the Olympic qualifying.
Rural FASD connects caregivers and individuals impacted by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder with appropriate local support and resources.
The day will run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and you can learn more on the municipality’s website.
