Expect a delay in receiving your water bill if you live in North Grenville.
Due to unexpected technical issues, officials say water bills have not been generated and issued at this time.
They add that they are working diligently to resolve the matter.
North Grenville officials say they will keep residents updated and issue the bills as soon as possible.
The municipality issues water and wastewater bills every two months for the prior two months usage with April 1 to May 31 covered in the bill issued in June.
Water meters are read by remote sensors that are located on the exterior of each home, business and facility that is connected to the water and wastewater system.
The information is then downloaded into North Grenville’s billing system and a bill is produced based on these readings.
