The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville are holding the official launch for Summer Company 2025 and Starter Company Plus 2025 in Prescott on Tuesday.
Officials say Summer Company is celebrating 25 years of supporting economic growth for the counties and both of the initiatives aim to foster entrepreneurial spirit and provide essential supports through training, mentorship, and funding.
Summer Company provides five local youth with the opportunity to start and run their own businesses this summer while Starter Company Plus supports adult entrepreneurs from across the area as they build and grow their businesses.
The launch is being held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Prescott Town Hall.
