It’s an opportunity to have a direct say on what’s described as an extraordinary, historic, publicly-owned campus.
As part of its work to revise a master plan that was created five years ago, the Kemptville Campus board of directors is recruiting new members to its governance board.
They are seeking three new members with diverse backgrounds to serve two-year terms that are renewable for three terms and the hope is to have them in place by the time the board’s annual general meeting is held at the end of June.
Kemptville Campus Board Chair Brian McKee tells Moose FM that the possibilities for the campus are endless.
“We are also looking to bring in innovative businesses who may be able to start employing locals and using local resources.”
The first deadline to apply is June 2 but applications will be accepted until the end of next month.
The board holds 10 meetings a year beginning in September.
