Another place to call home in Kemptville is on the way.
North Grenville Council has signed off on a zoning by-law amendment that will pave the way for a townhouse development to be built on Prescott Street.
It will be made up of four townhouses with six additional residential units within the development.
The development will be located at the former site of Bob’s Big Scoop-Fried Chicken and Fudge Factory, across from the Kemptville Campus.
Officials say there will be 13 parking spaces located at the site.
The property backs onto the Rail Trail.
