The United Way of Leeds and Grenville says its theme for its 2025 campaign is hope starts with you.
UWLG Executive Director Hailie Jack says the theme, recently unveiled, was inspired by its members after they thought about how they are surrounded by people who give them hope every day, from donors to volunteers.
Jack says a big goal this year is to raise awareness about what exactly they do which is raising funds to give back to agencies in the community that support the most vulnerable.
She tells Moose FM that the UWLG is supporting 18 agencies and 22 programs this year.
“We have services in every single corner of Leeds and Grenville so no area is left untouched.”
Jack adds they have events planned throughout 2025 to raise awareness about who they are.
