We are getting a good look at what the 2025-26 school year will look like for area public school students.
At their meeting Wednesday night, the Upper Canada District School Board approved next year’s calendar which will now be submitted to the Ministry of Education for a final approval.
The first day of school for students would be Sept. 3 with the last day of school on Jun. 25.
The winter holiday break would run from Dec. 22 to Jan. 2, 2026, while March Break would be from Mar. 16 to Mar. 20.
