The North Grenville Municipal Centre will be the place to be this Family Day for some Kemptville 73’s hockey.
On Monday afternoon, Kemptville is hosting the Navan Grads in Central Canada Hockey League action and it will be free admission for fans.
Kemptville 73’s head coach and owner Shawn Fensel tells Moose FM that over the last two years they’ve seen around 1,000 fans come out on Family Day.
He says it’s an experience the team relishes.

“It’s pretty cool for our players to be able to come out, it changes the whole atmosphere in the arena, it’s a pretty fun day.”
The game starts at 2 p.m. and will be followed by a free skate with the team.
