Winter storm keeps police busy responding to collisions

Our latest blast of winter has police reminding drivers to slow down.

Between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Ontario Provincial Police in the east region tell the Moose FM Newsroom that they responded to approximately 100 collisions.

They add that there were no serious injuries in any of the crashes.

Police say you should always drive according to the conditions.

More snow is in the forecast through the rest of the week heading into Feb. 1 on Saturday.
