You can expect the usual closures to be in place for a holiday on New Year’s Day.
All grocery stores will be closed on Wednesday as will both The Beer Store and LCBO in Kemptville.
Giant Tiger will also be closed.
If you need supplies, Shoppers Drug Mart will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Government offices as well as the North Grenville Public Library will also have their doors shut.
The schedule for garbage and recycling pickup is also pushed ahead a day because of the holiday and will stretch into Saturday.
