North Grenville will be streamlining its by-law system come 2025.
Municipal officials say their Administrative Monetary Penalty System will be launched as of Jan. 2 and will offer a more efficient, time-saving alternative for handling by-law disputes.
Those include parking violations, property standards, animal control, and smoking restrictions.
Approved in Nov. 2024, officials say the AMPS program reflects North Grenville’s commitment to improving service delivery, with most disputes resolved within 45 days.
