Nominations will soon start being accepted for 2025 North Grenville Civic Awards.
Officials say the nomination period opens on January 15 with residents encouraged to nominate outstanding individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to the community in 2025.
New for 2025 are the Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year awards, which may each be given annually to only one outstanding nominee of any age.
The Civic Awards are presented annually to recognize excellence and volunteerism across various categories.

Nominations are being accepted until 5 p.m. on Feb. 26 and the winners will be announced in April.
