Police in our region say the number of impaired drivers continues to climb.
East Region OPP say they arrested another twenty impaired drivers during the third week of their Festive RIDE Campaign.
It brings the total number of drivers charged with impaired driving since the initiative began on November 21 to 65.
Officers have conducted over 600 Festive RIDE programs, stopping vehicles to ensure the drivers were not impaired by alcohol or drugs.
