It’s a record setting amount raised for the 97.5 Moose FM Radiothon for the Salvation Army.
Salvation Amy Kemptville officials say $17,987.15 was raised for those less fortunate during the event last Friday.
The money, and food donations collected, will go to helping ensure more people have a bright holiday season with food on the table.
Salvation Army Kemptville Director Calvin Wong says it’s enlightening to hear the stories of those who have been helped out.
