The teenager charged in an anonymous threat investigation involving a Kemptville school is due back in court.
The 14-year-old from Nova Scotia, who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is scheduled to appear in court in Brockville via video link Thursday morning.
He last appeared virtually in court late last month when duty counsel asked that he return to court Thursday so that a bail plan could be put in place and in order for his family to have time to request legal aid.
In October, The suspect from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia was arrested and charged following threats made against St. Michael Catholic High School, beginning Sept. 12 and continuing until Oct. 17.
The threats resulted in the school being closed several times.
He faces numerous charges including uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, indecent communications and public mischief.
He also faces similar charges in the United States.
