There are a couple of planned power outages in the area to keep in mind.
They are both scheduled to take place on Sunday, Oct. 20 with the first expected to impact 3,592 customers in areas including Kemptville, Augusta and Merrickville.
It’s expected to take place between 6:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. and it’s being done so hydro poles can be replaced.
The second, also between 6:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., is expected to impact 586 customers in the Kemptville, South Gower and Oxford on Rideau areas.
It’s being done so a hydro pole can be replaced.
