It is almost time to test your smoke alarm.
Saturday is Test Your Smoke Alarm Day in Ontario and it is being marked locally by the North Grenville Fire Department.
Fire Prevention Officer Cale Rowan says they are trying to encourage residents to check their smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
You can also schedule a free residential inspection if you need it.
