Two people from Athens face charges after a drug investigation in the township.
The OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit says they began an investigation earlier this year, resulting in the execution of a search warrant on Wednesday at a residence on Main Street in Athens, as well as three vehicles.
Police say they seized over 14 grams of suspected meth, as well as approximately eight grams of suspected fentanyl, a quantity of suspected cocaine and some unidentified pills.
Over $1,000 in cash was also seized.
A 44-year-old male and a 39-year-old female face drug related charges.
