An investigation continues after an anonymous threats caused a Kemptville school to be put into a lockdown.
Grenville County OPP says the anonymous threats of violence had been left on the voicemail at St.Michael Catholic High School overnight Thursday.
Police and school officials then issued a lockdown Friday morning while officers searched the building.
Once it was determined that was no actual threat to safety of those in the school, police say the lockdown was lifted.
It is not known where the phone call with the threats originated from and police say such incidents must be treated as serious and legitimate until proven otherwise.
