Police are continuing to crack down on drivers who are putting the pedal to the metal in our region.
On Tuesday night, Grenville County OPP say they stopped two drivers from Quebec on Highway 401 in Augusta Township.
They say one was going 153 km/h and the other 160 km/h an hour in a posted 100 km/h zone.
Both drivers were charged with stunt driving and their vehicles were impounded.
Police say there are signs placed along major highways warning of the consequences for such dangerous speeds.
