22 Recommendations Made By Jury at Coroner's Inquest Into Death of Barrhaven Student

The jury at the coroner’s inquest into the death of 18-year-old Barrhaven student Eric Leighton, has deemed his death an accident. Jury members made 22 recommendations to prevent similar tragedies in the future. Leighton died when a barrel he was cutting into exploded.
