Kemptville 73s owner Ron Tugnutt is looking forward to his new role as the team’s Head Coach. In an interview with STAR 975, Tugnutt said it was time for a change. A lot of good things happened with the team last year but he wanted to be more involved in the coaching.

Tugnutt said he will build upon the foundation that was started with the team under Peter Ambroziak last year, but he will also be doing a few things differently. It’s a strong team, he says, recognized several times this year with Player of the Week titles.

The Coach says if all goes according to plan, the 73s will still be on the ice this time next year.
