Big Sky Ranch founder and operator Andy Parent has been named one of CTV’s “Amazing People.” As someone who spends most of his time working behind the scenes, the centre of attention is not Parent’s comfort zone. His hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed, however. The animal sanctuary has a reputation for its “no kill policy”, finding homes for unwanted animals, for the past 12 years.
