After a year of heavy construction on local county roads, some residents are complaining that North Grenville is the neglected member of the United Counties. That isn t so, says Mayor David Gordon. We recently received a large portion of the county gas tax, for that road construction:Â

The mayor of North Grenville sits as a member of county council, speaking up for the needs of his constituents and ensuring we are treated fairly. Gordon says he is pleased, for the most part, with the consideration North Grenville receives at the county level.

We will also be receiving a large portion of the gas tax surplus, to be used in future infrastructure projects.
