You’re not alone if the recycling you left out front hasn’t been picked up yet.
Emterra says, due to an injury and multiple truck issues, they weren’t able to pick up all of Wednesday’s collection which was to be picked up on Thursday because of the holiday on Monday.
They add that they won’t get Thursday’s route finished Friday and they are hoping to get everything collected by the end of the day on Saturday.
The company says they haven’t had any issue with collecting solid waste, but it add it may be delayed.
If your recycling/organics isn’t collected as per schedule, you’re asked to leave it out for collection the next day.
If the contractor isn’t able to complete collection on Saturday, a special recovery run will be completed on Monday.
