You’re being asked for your thoughts and ideas as North Grenville updates its Official Plan.
The plan, a policy document that establishes the vision for how the municipality will grow and develop as a community, is renewed every five years.
You can share your ideas virtually, via North Grenville’s online interactive website, or by going to an upcoming community roundtable, and “pop-ups” at various community events.
Hard copies of the survey are also available at the North Grenville Municipal Centre and the NG Public Library.
Officials say the activities will focus on three key themes: Living, Working, and Playing in North Grenville.
North Grenville Mayor Nancy Peckford says “We are excited to embark on this journey with our community. The insights and contributions from our residents will be invaluable in shaping a vibrant, sustainable, and prosperous future for North Grenville. Your voice matters, and together, we will build a community that reflects our shared aspirations.”
The plan will focus on effectively managing population growth and economic development over the next 25 years to support the well-being of North Grenville’s population, , its environment, and economy.
