The theme of this year’s Nutrition Month is Healthy Eating 9 to 5. Canadians spend 60% of their time at work and eat at least one meal a day there. That’s why it’s important to plan ahead. The key, she says, is to plan ahead, pack healthy leftovers for your lunch, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt or nuts for your snacks. Stay hydrated and eat in a social setting so you aren’t eating mindlessly at your desk.
