A 65-year-old North Dundas man is facing assault charges after an incident in Winchester on Thursday. At about 10:40am on February 26th Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP responded to a report of an assault on Victoria Street. Investigation showed an argument between two men had escalated to the point where one man assaulted and threatened the other. Richard Dupuis was arrested and is charged with assault and two counts of uttering threats. He was held in custody pending a bail appearance in Cornwall court today.
