The fourth annual report on patient ratings of Ontario hospitals by the National Research Corporation of Canada was released earlier this month and Kemptville District Hospital is among the top 10% for inpatient care. KDH CEO Colin Goodfellow says “staff make an important contribution to patient satisfaction”. Patients rated their experience of overall care and their likelihood to recommend KDH to family and friends. NRCC rated KDH in the top 10% in April of last year as well and its emergency department was rated in the top 10 percent in October of 2013.
