Ottawa Police lay charges after closing their buildings to public yesterday

Ottawa Police have laid charges after they closed their buildings to the public yesterday. Jonathon Tully was arrested and charged with public mischief, breach of probation and uttering threats as well as other related charges. Police won’t say what the threat was but buildings were reopened to the public late in the day.
