April Fools is also Jail and Bail at the Kemptville Youth Centre. The event is gearing up once again and in addition to volunteer planners, many jailbirds have already signed up. Robin Heald, Executive Director of the Youth Centre, says one of the highlights is the charge that goes with every jailbird and they’re looking for charges for three prominent figures.
