The North Grenville Community Safety and Wellness Counsel wants to see the North Grenville Official Plan section on affordable housing updated. The current component was formulated five years ago and the Counsel wants to facilitate a subcommittee of those with interest and expertise in the matter to review the section and make it current to cover the needs of the community. It’s hoped that any new conclusions reached by the sub committee will also be heard by council.
