Staff at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) are inviting residents to celebrate a major milestone.
The hospital turns 75 years old on December 8th. To mark the occasion, staff members say they’re hosting a free family skating night at the Sam Ault Arena in Winchester.
Chief Executive Officer Cholly Boland says the celebration is a way to give back to the community and thank residents for supporting the WDMH Foundation, the hospital’s fundraising arm.
The event is happening on December 9th, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. If you don’t have skates, you’ll be able to borrow a pair and a helmet from the arena.
