Sexual health, immunization and infant feeding clinics are all pausing in Kemptville later this month.
The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is preparing to move its “service delivery site,” where the clinics are held, to a new office.
The current office on Concession Road closes at 4:30 PM on Friday, November 17th.
While it’s closed, staff say sexual health and immunization clinics will still be available at the Health Unit’s Smiths Falls office.
There won’t be any in-person preschool speech or language sessions while the move is happening, but staff say some clients may be seen at other locations, or virtually.
Residents who need appointments with an infant feeding clinic can book one outside Kemptville by calling the Health Unit at 1-800-660-5853.
The new office will be located at 80 Shaver Crescent in the Kemptville Campus, and opens November 29th.
In-person appointments will be available as soon as the new office opens.
