A 46-year-old man is in court today to face charges of youth sexual assault. On January 28th, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP began their investigation into a report of sexual assault at a residence on Caleb Street in Winchester. On February 5th the man, who lists no fixed address, was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a person under the age of 16 and failure to comply with a probation order.
