North Grenville’s Arts and Culture Committee wants feedback from residents on how it can do more to support local artists.
The committee is running a survey to collect data on the kinds of events residents attend, how people find out about them, and where residents think events should be hosted.
“Culture and the arts are woven into the fabric of our community,” explains Deputy Mayor John Barclay. “They inspire and enrich the lives of residents and boost North Grenville’s appeal to businesses looking to establish themselves in the area. We look forward to hearing how we can continue to foster a strong arts and culture community.”
You can find a link to the survey on the municipality’s website. It’s available until October 9th.
If you’d rather not fill out the survey, staff members also say you’ll have an opportunity to voice your thoughts in person at a public consultation.
That’s scheduled for October 21st, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
