Staff members at the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit are asking you to fill out a survey to help it make plans for the next few years.
The organization is working on a “strategic plan” to set its priorities going forward.
As part of the development process, the organization has created a survey where residents can tell the organization areas where it can improve its services and what changes they think need to be made.
The survey is available online via the Health Unit’s website.
The deadline to fill it out is next Friday, September 22nd, but staff members say some virtual focus groups are also being organized in October to collect more feedback from residents.
