A trick-or-treat style event for kids to celebrate Easter is coming to downtown Kemptville in a few weeks.
Old Town Kemptville Business Improvement Area (BIA) Executive Director Deron Johnston says his organization’s “Easter Bunny Hop” is returning this year on April 1st.
“As part of the event,” Johnston explains, “each participating business will be providing Easter goodies to children who come to their doors while supplies last.”
Other attractions scheduled for this year include a coloring contest, and an “Easter Treasure Hunt” that will see kids following a list of clues to fill out a sticker sheet, with a chance to win a gift basket.
The Easter Bunny Hop is running from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the 1st.
