The Municipality of North Grenville has announced that work has begun to replace street lights along Prescott Street.
According to municipal staff members, no road closures are expected, but there might be some minor traffic disruptions caused by the work.
Work on the new streetlights dates back to 2022. In September, the municipality installed three sample streetlights and collected feedback on the designs from residents.
Staff members say depending on the weather, they expect the installation to be finished within the next two weeks.
