The Municipality of North Grenville is looking for residents interested in working alongside council for the rest of the current term of office.
The municipality is accepting applications to join its Advisory Committees, which help guide council when making decisions on things like accessibility, tourism and agriculture.
“Council recognizes the tremendous expertise and enthusiasm that exists in our community,” explains Mayor Nancy Peckford. “By participating on a municipal Advisory Committee, residents and business leaders have the opportunity to engage with other members of the community, and to inform council’s deliberations and decision-making.”
A virtual application form and details on all the Committees are available on the municipality’s website. Applications are also being accepted via email and in person at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. The deadline to apply is January 23rd at 4:00 PM.
