You’ll have an opportunity to win Ottawa Senators tickets while supporting local food banks in a few days.
Chayse’n Trash, a waste management company that serves North Grenville, Ottawa and other nearby communities, is preparing for its third annual holiday food drive.
Donations will be collected at Jonsson’s Independent Grocer, B&H Your Community Grocer, and the Kemptville Giant Tiger, as well as at two drive-by locations in residential areas.
According to staff members, if you visit the drive-by locations, you’ll be able to take a photo with the Grinch, and post it on social media for a chance to win two tickets to see the Ottawa Senators take on the Toronto Maple Leafs in an upcoming NHL game.
The food drive is happening on Saturday, December 3rd, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You can find more information on the company’s social media pages.
