Kemptville residents will have a chance next week to watch some hockey while helping local kids celebrate the holiday season.
The Kemptville 73s Junior A Hockey Team is running a “Toy Mountain” donation drive at an upcoming game against the Carleton Place Canadians.
The annual initiative collects new, unwrapped toys brought in by spectators, to give to kids who might not normally receive them over the holidays.
Admission to the game is $5 for adults, and kids get in free with a donation.
If you want to attend, it’s happening on December 2nd at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. The puck drops at 7:30 PM.
