Ontario’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry wants to hear from hunters and anglers about how it can improve the experience of getting a license.
The Ministry is preparing to revamp its online Fish and Wildlife Licensing Service, and wants people who’ve used it to explain what they think works well and what needs improvement.
It plans to host online meetings where people can give that feedback over the coming months. To begin the process, the Ministry has put out an online questionnaire, where 50 eligible people who respond will be chosen for one-on-one interviews about the process.
If you fill it out and are selected, a Ministry representative will contact you to schedule the interview. They’re expected to take between 45 minutes and an hour each.
You can fill out the questionnaire here.
