Old Town Kemptville BIA preparing for “Kreepy Kemptville” Halloween celebration

Old Town Kemptville Business Improvement Area (BIA) Executive Director Deron Johnston says ghouls, ghosts and goblins of all ages are being invited to an event downtown later this month.

The BIA is making preparations for “Kreepy Kemptville,” a Halloween-themed, family-friendly celebration coming to town on October 29th.

According to Johnston, attractions at the event will include trick-or-treating opportunities at some businesses, a scavenger hunt, and a costume contest.

“Our judges will choose the best costumes for family/group, adult and children’s categories,” he says. “Prizes will be $25 NG Green gift card for best child costume, $25 NG Green for best adult and $50 NG Green for best family/group.” NG Green gift cards can be used at a number of local businesses.

More details about the Kreepy Kemptville event will be announced over the coming weeks. Johnston says you can follow the Old Town Kemptville BIA Facebook page for updates.
