Kemptville residents might have a harder time than usual finding parking when they visit Riverside Park.
The Municipality of North Grenville is preparing to start construction for its expansion project at the park on Monday, September 26th.
The designs for the expansion project were shown off last fall, featuring a planned outdoor hockey rink, splash pad, and renovations to existing facilities like the pool.
Municipal staff say a portion of the parking lot will be closed to the public while the work is being done, but the majority of the park, including the BMX and skate parks, will stay open.
