North Dundas announces road closure at North Grenville boundary

North Grenville residents working in its neighboring community might need to plan for a longer commute next week.

The Township of North Dundas has announced a two-day closure of most of Clark Road, to remove and replace aging culverts.

The stretch that’s closing, which runs from the North Grenville Boundary Road to 104 metres southeast of Simms Street in Mountain, will still be open to local traffic.

For everyone else, the township is establishing a 7.5-kilometre detour along Boundary Road, Hyndman Road, and County Roads 43 and 1.

The closure begins on July 19th at 7:00 AM, and ends on the 21st at 7:00 PM.
