Hydro One says an estimated 6500 customers are without power in the Kemptville area after a large thunderstorm moved through.
The area was under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning Saturday afternoon as a large storm brought heavy rain and high winds.
A media relations spokesperson with the electrical company says it’s not known when the power will be restored.
Power outages were also reported in the Brockville and Bancroft areas.
