If you have plans to head into Ottawa this weekend, you need to be aware of another planned demonstration.
A convoy of motorcycles calling themselves “Rolling Thunder Ottawa” is headed to the city on Friday.
Ottawa Police are warning there will be traffic delays as they make the move to restrict vehicles from entering the areas around Parliament Hill and the National War Memorial.
The organizers of the event haven’t said what their main goal is for this weekend but they seem to be working with two groups, a veteran’s organization and Freedom Fighters Canada.
Rolling Thunder is planning a rally on the Hill at 6 Friday night, a service at the National War Memorial Saturday morning with another rally Saturday afternoon, and a Sunday church service in Vanier.
