Live music, a silent auction, and food from a local chip truck are all planned for an upcoming fundraising event in Kemptville.
Branch 212 of the Royal Canadian Legion, which helps support local veterans and their families, is organizing the event.
100 percent of the proceeds from the fundraiser are going towards relief for Ukrainian refugees. The Legion is also accepting cash donations towards Ukraine at the event.
It’s being held at the Legion’s office on 100 Reuben Crescent Street in Kemptville on Saturday April 2nd, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The Municipality of North Grenville has posted the full music lineup for the event on its Facebook page.
